What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges vary according to the items purchased. They will be shown on your invoice before payment (Shipping to UK mainland only).
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major cards via PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to despatch most orders within 24 hours. However, some items may take 3-5 working days which will be indicated in the product description.
Pre orders will be despatched as soon as stock is available at the warehouse.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We DO NOT share data with any 3rd party. We do not store card data and all payments are taken via a secure encrypted payment gateway.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice for your order to the email address supplied. Please ensure all details are correct.
